Utilize evidence based SA materials. Participate SA staffing, provide feedback and assist in providing recommendations to lower level of care when necessary. NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of: Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record Database Drug Screen Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years TB testing will be required upon appointment.
