Paradigm is in search of a Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned substation construction projects. If you're passionate about both leadership and project execution, we want you on our team! **Responsibilities:** + **Lead Substation Construction Projects** : Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, emphasizing a culture of excellence in safety and quality standards. + **Coordinate Project Completion:** Take charge of project coordination and ensure timely completion within specified parameters of cost, quality, and schedule objectives. + **Manage Client Relationships:** Foster strong on-site customer relationships by effectively coordinating with clients and subcontractors to fulfill project deliverables. + **Set Deadlines and Monitor Progress:** Establish project deadlines, allocate responsibilities, and closely monitor progress, providing regular reports to leadership. + **Provide Team Leadership** : Offer guidance and direction to project team members, ensuring cohesive project management processes and directing the overall work of the team. + **Ensure Safety and Quality Compliance** : Collaborate with customers and Babcock Power Safety and Quality personnel to uphold safety and quality standards throughout project execution. + High School Diploma or GED. + Five plus years in substation construction, with at least 3 years in direct supervision. + Familiarity with commercial terms, substation construction practices, and legal standards. + Comprehensive understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair processes in substations. + Ability to convey information effectively. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite for project management tasks. + Maintain quality standards while handling high work volumes. + Previous experience in electrical project management is a plus. The Construction Manager base salary is between $100,000 - 150,000.
