Every day as a Substitute Teacher you will:
Prepare lesson plans to include content and instructional goals incorporating student knowledge and abilities.Instruct students in academic areas by engaging students in learning using presentation techniques, teaching relevant content, providing specific and timely feedback to students, and assessing progress.Utilize appropriate and approved therapeutic interaction skills with studentsProvide guidance and direction to support staff by sharing information, delegating responsibilities and providing feedback.Effectively communicate student progress to parents/guardians and home school district.You will be Offered:

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Secondary Education or related field and Substitute Teacher Certification required.
Experience: Experience working with individuals with intelletual and /or development disabilities and/or behavior disorders.
