Overview The Sugarloaf Golf Course is looking for personable golf enthusiasts with customer service experience to join our team as Pro Shop Attendants this summer. The job of a Pro Shop Attendant is to perform and assist in a variety of tasks associated the daily operations of the pro shop and golf course. We can be flexible with scheduling and have both full time and part time work available. The ideal fit for this role would be able to work mostly afternoon shifts until approximately 6pm on weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities A Sugarloaf Pro Shop Attendant's primary duties include, but are not limited to: Scheduling and managing tee time reservations for guests Checking in golfers at arrival Assisting in the management of pace of play and ensuring guest satisfaction and safety Receiving, displaying, and selling merchandise Collecting fees and being responsible for retail sales; may prepare cash balance and deposits. Organizing tee times on the golf course for individuals and groups and informing them of course rules and regulations. Performing general housekeeping duties if needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a Golf Pro Shop is preferred but not required. Knowledge of golf rules and equipment is also preferred. Must be able to work in a team environment and have strong communication skills.
