We’re looking for a mission-driven, compassionate professional to join our dynamic team supporting schools, communities, and workplaces across Massachusetts and beyond. In this unique and impactful role, the Suicide Prevention and Postvention Clinician provides trauma-informed clinical support and expert consultation following suicide-related incidents, and delivers engaging, evidence-based training to a variety of audiences.

 

What You’ll Do:

As a valued member of our team, the Suicide Prevention and Postvention Clinician will:

Serve as a subject matter expert in suicide prevention and postvention, helping to shape and sustain safe, responsive environments Collaborate across systems with internal and external partners to enhance behavioral health crisis response and prevention efforts Develop and deliver best practices and responder training tailored to diverse communities and professional audiences Provide timely, trauma-informed postvention support on the ground across Massachusetts, and offer virtual consultation to schools nationwide in alignment with the SOS-Signs of Suicide curriculum Train behavioral health responders, school-based teams, and other professionals, customizing content to meet their unique needs Services may be delivered in individual, group, or community-based formats, both in-person and virtually.

 

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week; Generally, this will be M-F 9-5 with flexibility Some flexibility may be required to support urgent response needs or training schedules. Travel across Massachusetts is expected.

Pay Rate Range:

$75,000 – $80,000/year, depending on experience
