Suite Ambassador
Job Description

The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, is currently seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team for the role of Suite Ambassador.  This role requires the ability to curate personalized guest experiences based on preferences and the art of storytelling.  As part of our commitment to the highest level of service, the Suite Ambassador will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of stay for our top suite guests while they are in residence. 

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate, collaborate, and connect with various departments and associates to ensure that all standards are met, and all requests are completed with efficiencyBuild a relationship with guests based on trust and familiarity Supervise the complete setup and quality of in-house service of designated suitesRecord preferences for future visits, and use information collected during the stay to surprise and delight the guestsMonitor the cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of the corridors and back landingsReport any deficiencies or inconsistencies in physical product of the suitesProvide 360-degree experience:Greet designated guests on arrival and arrange a proper orientationProvide attentive and anticipatory service throughout stayBid farewell to guests with a final touch of personalized service, expressing gratitude for their stay and ensuring they depart in good spirits Arrange thoughtful and appropriate gifting and manage gift inventory Craft bespoke guest experiences by leveraging knowledge of individual preferences and specifications, delivering memorable moments that resonate long after their stay.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in luxury hospitality or related field requiredExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with guests and colleaguesStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Impeccable attention to detail and able to perform job duties with speed and accuracyAdept at storytellingExcellent time management: can prioritize, organize, and self-governCan think clearly, stay calm and solve problems under pressure Manage guest complaints and recoveryFlexibility to accommodate guests' needs and preferences, including availability for evening and weekend shifts.Can stand for long hours and lift up to 15 pounds.

Technical knowledge

Understanding of general hotel operation Knowledge of professional software (Opera, MS Shift, Knowcross, Glowing etc.)Proficient using WhatsApp

Preferred Skills

Multilingual Wardrobe maintenance and organization (required method of laundering, organizing, etc)Stylistic Knowledge (Tie tying techniques, bow ties, etc)Basic knowledge of wine and spiritsKnowledge of proper tableware and silver service

General knowledge

Knowledge of luxury restaurants, boutiques, an experiences                     

Compensation: $30.70-$33.70
