Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests’ needs.

What will you do? Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol Maintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event; adhering to all service, set up and closing standards and tasks Assist with beverage par inventory and rotations Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred Bus suites after each event and return all equipment or used product to the kitchen or appropriate areas More about you Minimum of 2 years of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required Previous experience as suite runner preferred Must obtain Cobb County Alcohol Permit before working Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift Exposure to variable temperatures May be required to work in narrow spaces Shift details
