What will you do? Prepares suite before the start of the event, ensuring all items are in place and ready for guest arrival, and ensures suite remains stocked throughout the event and continues to serve guests until the event has ended. Confirms all items ordered in advance of the event by guests are prepared to standard, delivered, and served timely and accurately. Delivers the highest quality of guest service at all times, creating a genuine connection with the guests and showing interest in their needs. Ensures all local and company laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol. Maintains standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event. Obtains signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred. Completes all closing tasks before departure. Performs other duties as assigned. More about you Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required Previous experience as suite runner preferred Must be at least 18 years old Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up of the suite. Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand. Variable temperatures required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment. May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
