What will you do? Train, schedule, and supervise banquet team members. Conduct daily function meetings with banquet managers and team members before events. Ensure all company policies, service procedures, and safety standards are followed. Maintain communication with both the banquet and kitchen team to ensure guests receive the best quality service and experience. More about you Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position. Excellent customer service and employee relations skills. Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic math and counting skills are required. Physical requirements Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts. Possible exposure to a high volume of noise. Shift detailsDay shift
