What will you do? Oversee a team of runners and ensure they are making timely and accurate food drops Organize and distribute food stickers to maintain the food drop time-line Quickly respond to changing needs to ensure delivery timeliness is met for both pre-orders and game-day orders Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all menu items – including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens – to answer questions and be able to identify selections on sight Participate in pre-shift meeting, set-up, opening ,and closing procedures Review and is familiar with the day’s menus – including any special requests or notations Confirm all items are prepared to standard and served timely and accurately Pulls and directs game day order tickets for culinary production Maintain standards of order and cleanliness throughout the event Perform other duties as assigned
More about you Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to problem solve and multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Minimum of 1 year of experience as an expeditor in a stadium, hotel, full-service restaurant, catering, or similar dining environment, or 2 years of experience as a stadium food and beverage runner Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry Excellent communication skills No college degree required Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift Will be required to work outdoors and in variable temperatures depending on the season
