David Weekley Homes is seeking a highly motivated Summer 2025 Builder/Construction Management Intern who is passionate about learning all aspects of the homebuilding business to join our Charlotte, NC team.

Responsibilities:

Become familiar with the home building process from pre-contract to post closeParticipate in warranty process including processing warranty requests and customer concerns/issuesBuilding the David Weekley WayUnderstanding all functions of a builders day-to-day activities including scheduling, quality assurance, safety, cost and material controlUnderstanding customer service and its impact on the business
QualificationsMust be currently enrolled in a full-time college program with an interest in pursuing residential construction. Must have housing available in the Charlotte, NC area for the duration of the internshipAble to work up to 40 hours per week
