David Weekley Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer 2025 Design Consultant intern to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. 

Responsibilities:

Learn the process of supporting buyers through the design processBecome familiar with the new home buying process as it pertains to buyers making selections for their new homeCandidate will observe design appointments with buyers and assist with supporting documentationObserve conflict resolution and creating customer delight. Support designers with computer entry of selections and documentsSupport in maintenance of Design Center Inventory
QualificationsDriven to excelEnjoy learning and taking on new challengesA positive, team player attitudeEnjoy building relationships with peopleProvide exceptional customer serviceMust have housing available in the greater Raleigh, NC area for the duration of the internshipMust be currently enrolled in a college program with an interest in starting a career in Residential Construction/Homebuilding
