Summer 2025 - eCommerce Content Intern

The Summer 2025 - eCommerce Content Intern will be responsible for assisting with product activations for all HUGO BOSS North America online stores within the Demandware Business Manager (SFCC) and distributing digital assets for our growing concession businesses.

\n\n

The eCommerce Content Intern will utilize the Product Information Management system, to assist in the timely activation of new merchandise on all sites. The Content Intern will assist the Product Activation Manager and Coordinator and work cross functionally with the Merchandising and Marketing teams in the NYC office.
\n 

\n\n

As a Summer 2025 Intern: 

\n\n\n\tYou must be able to work to work up to 37.5 hours per week, for the entire summer period.\n\tIntern for the full Summer session - June 2 - August 15, 2025\n\tThe minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $16.50 per hour\n\tYou must be an active student, entering junior or senior year and pursuing a bachelor's degree\n\tAble to work in our hybrid model: 3 days in office & 2 remotely\n\tThis position is not eligible for relocation\n

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

\n\n

Product/Merchandising: 

\n\n\n\tEffectively assist with product activations using the internal PIM system to ensure all products are “live” in a timely manner on all sites\n\tAssist with weekly submission processes by cropping and distributing product imagery and copy for concession businesses\n\tCollaborate with the Content Associate with updates for the homepage, hub pages, content tiles, feature shops, navigation placement to help improve the customer journey\n\tWork closely with the Director of Content to proof site-merchandising requirements including the image, copy, pricing, special attributes, and navigational placement on the site\n\tProactively review all quality assurance tasks, for the site’s overall accuracy and consistency\n\n\n

System & Technology Learning/Development:

\n\n\n\tDemandware Business Manager (SFCC)\n\tMicrosoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\n\tAdobe Creative Suite: Photoshop\n\tExperience working with a Product Information Management system & content publising tool\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tStudying and/or interest in eCommerce Merchandising\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\tKnowledge in Microsoft Office Excel\n\tMust be highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail and accuracy \n\tMust demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness & passion for continuous improvement and learning in all areas of the business\n\tMust work well independently, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and organized\n\tMust be a dynamic team player, problem solver and have effective time management skills
