As the engagement intern, you’ll gain experience in all aspects of event and engagement management, including engaging viewers in network events, collaborating with external partners, creating internal and external communications and promoting station efforts. The goal of this internship is to empower you to: 1. Event Execution: Assist in planning and executing events across the state of Iowa, both online and offline, to promote interaction and strengthen relationships. 2. Campaign Creation: Grow your knowledge in creating promotional assets that fit within a multi-media campaign including on-air, print and online. 3. Community Building: Gain insights into audience preferences and engagement strategies, helping to foster connections with Iowans at a deeper level. 4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of professionals, refining your collaboration, communication and project management skills 5. Communication Skills: Develop effective communication skills for conveying brand messages and maintaining a consistent tone across various channels.
