AGCO is looking for multiple highly talented students for our Hesston, Kansas, location for the Summer 2024 Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time internship with numerous opportunities on-site and in several essential areas.

As an Engineering Intern, you will be an important part of the team right from the start and can look forward to exciting work. We are interested in your ideas as it is often our students and their new perspective that helps us progress. With this, you can make a significant contribution to our company's success! Internships are onsite in Hesston, Kansas during the summer from May 2025 through August 2025.

 

Your Impact: 

Take ownership of a specific engineering project, seeing it from start to finish. Partner with managers to integrate seamlessly in the engineering team. Gain experience with many opportunities, including manufacturing engineering, test engineering, software engineering, or design engineering. Demonstrate significant mechanical knowledge, research and collaborate with other engineers.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

Current student enrolled in an accredited college degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Ability to use MS Office, 3-D modeling software to effectively identify issues, summarize data, and present information to managers and directors. Ability to follow instruction, deliver quality work products on time, and stay on task. Communicate effectively with a professional mindset and demeanor.

This position pays between $20.00-$23.00/hour. Returning interns receive an additional $1 for each year they return.
