**Job Description** **Duties & Responsibilities:** **Develop and implement an HR Model analyzing core HR metrics against key KPIs:** + Analyze the impact of HR metric on key business metrics. + Conduct focus groups to gather insights and support your analysis. + Present findings to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations. + Build a Power BI dashboard to visualize and report time-off utilization data. **Review and revise existing dashboards to improve the user experience through the minimization of clicks, simplification of visuals and filters, and implementation of mobile views.** **Support the broader team with ad hoc and recurring reports, as necessary.** **Requirements** The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program (junior or above) with a degree focus in Analytics, IO/Psych, Sociology, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
