We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team.

Internship Overview:
Are you a college junior studying Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience? This is your chance to work on three impactful projects that will enhance your knowledge and skills in HR:

Employee Referral Program:

Conduct a thorough analysis of our U.S. employee referral program to assess its effectiveness and competitiveness.Evaluate the current communication strategy surrounding the program and propose enhancements to boost its utilization and impact.

Recruitment:

Manage the full cycle recruitment process for open hourly production roles, gaining practical experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

Operator Onboarding Plan:

Collaborate on a project to refine our new operator training program, integrating ITW’s culture to accelerate the onboarding process and facilitate a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:

Current college junior pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Passion for human resources and employee engagement.

Compensation Information:

This is a paid internship based out of our Itasca, IL facility. The associated pay range for this position is $19-$22 per hour
