Summer 2025 Human Resources Intern
**Job Description** **Internship Primary Duties / Responsibilities:** + Assist in the creation and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture + Organize and participate in employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs + Gather employee feedback and help develop strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and morale + Support the recruitment process by taking time to understand our business and revamp our interview processes + Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with the HR team and leadership + Assist in conducting safety audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements + Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and compliance matters + Support the development and implementation of training programs to promote a safe and compliant work environment **Requirements** The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program and will be a sophomore, junior or senior in the fall of 2025 with a degree focus in Human Resources or Business.
