ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic marketing team in San Francisco for two internship roles: Media and Campaign Specialist Intern and Global Campaigns Operations Intern. These roles are crucial in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving our growth strategies.

MEDIA AND CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Gen Z media consumption habits, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to make a significant impact on our growth initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Strategy Development and Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive campaign strategy tailored to Gen Z audiences. Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, to attract and convert Gen Z users.Media Planning and Community Engagement: Identify and recommend the most effective media channels and platforms to reach and engage Gen Z users. Foster and manage online communities and forums to build brand awareness and drive user engagement.Analytics and Reporting: Partner with the media lab team and corporate social team to evaluate performance through Tableau reports and Sprout Social.Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest Gen Z trends and consumer behaviors, and incorporate these insights into campaign strategies.


GLOBAL CAMPAIGNS OPERATIONS: You will be an essential part of the Global Campaigns Demand Generation Marketing Team, contributing to the success of campaigns by assisting in brand to demand funnel development, content and audience management, operational processes, and enablement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing efforts. Support the Rhythm of Business milestones, such as monthly 2x, campaign planning framework, and kickoffs.Training Sessions: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute digital marketing training sessions. Contribute to developing materials and assist in evaluating effectiveness.Innovation Days and Learning Summit: Identify organizational needs and spearhead the development of the 2nd Annual Campaign Marketing Learning Summit. Work closely with the team to assist in planning and logistics for quarterly innovation days. Support building out assets and comms templates for the sessions.Communications: Participate in monitoring Slack channels, creating Workflows, and sending Global updates to stakeholders. Contribute to developing enablement documents and assist in communicating updates to stakeholders. Organize our enablement folders and structure: Google Drive, Quip, Optimizely.Data Analysis: Learn to analyze channel/tactic performance metrics and assist in providing insights to optimize future campaigns. Pull weekly and monthly performance reports on campaign utilization and performance. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaign operation efforts.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Current Junior (Rising Senior) pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in the Google Suite of products (Docs, Slides, Sheets).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using CRM systems and social media platforms.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Familiarity with audience segmentation and targeting techniques is a plus.Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.Knowledge of digital marketing channels is a plus.Prior experience with Salesforce, Slack, or CRM is a plus.
