**Summer 2025 Internship – Collections Analyst (EMEA)**

The Global Finance Operations (GFO) team is an organization established within Dow Jones to support the global finance operations of News Corp and Dow Jones. **About the Role:**
The Interim Collections Analyst will be based in London reporting to the EMEA Supervisor, Collections.
**You Will:**
+ Support the Team in different admin Collections tasks.
+ Assist and support Collections in different projects.
+ Act in compliance with our goals, policies, and procedures as they pertain to collection activity, our collections strategy and specified Accounts Receivable goals and objectives.
+ Assist the Team to meet defined department goals along with assigned month end reporting deadlines and activity metrics.
+ Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships within the department and company, mainly with Sales, Disputes, AR, and Order Processing.
+ Communicate with internal staff regarding customer payments and issues preventing a timely resolution.
+ Provide high-quality customer service.
+ Maintain client confidentiality and deliver a consistent and professional level of service.
+ Properly escalate accounts at risk to relevant collector and supervisor in a timely manner per company policy.
+ Maintain regular and detailed notes and client information in the online collections tool.
**You Have or are:**
+ A student in progress towards a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines (preferred)
+ No experience in collections required
+ Knowledge in Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Knowledge of 1 other European Language is a plus.
