Summer 2025 Internship - Project Coordinator, Strategy Operations (EMEA) This role is a hybrid role (at least 3 days a week in the office), based in our Barcelona office. In this role, you will act as an internal day-to-day contact, enabling you to learn what it takes to execute a project from start to finish and how to communicate and build relationships effectively with cross-functional partners. This role will provide the opportunity to have exposure to Data, Product, Operations, Engineering and Design & Research across the Technology team allowing you to support process efficiency and engagement of teams across the organization. **You Will:** + Assist teams with requirements gathering, documentation and status reporting + Support the coordination of key participants and drive assignments through to completion + Prepare for and facilitate efficient meetings by providing agendas, objectives, goals and action items + Summarize, communicate, and distribute meeting notes/next steps, immediately following critical meetings + Communicate across multiple departments regarding progress of projects, timelines, and challenges + Own special projects as requested by the Head of Strategy Operations + Coordinate with key stakeholders as required to deliver training support for logistics as requested. + Support the wider team by keeping documentation updated for process enhancement, learning and communication initiatives.
