What does our Internship Program offer?
Key’s Enterprise Internship is a 10-week program that provides meaningful work that matters, offers feedback and coaching, and creates engaging events and conversations that will spark excitement and interest in bringing one’s full-time career to Key post college.
Interns are involved in line of business specific projects that directly impact and benefit Key’s business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization, a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices, and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge, experience, and advice.

Our summer internship program spans 10 weeks in duration and allows you to work alongside KeyBank’s experts within Key Technology, Operations & Services (KTOS). The internship provides an opportunity to get hands-on experience with our innovative security teams. Our internships will equip you with competitive skills, valuable networking and mentoring.

Enterprise Security Services (ESS) defends Key, our clients, and our data by establishing and maintaining security standards. ESS is responsible for supporting Key through Anti Money Laundering (AML) Operations, Corporate Information Security, Identity Verification, Fraud Services, and Physical Security Solutions. Detail-oriented individuals have the opportunity to fine tune their technical skills while protecting the bank from malicious attacks.

Rising Junior or rising Senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with focused coursework in Intelligence studies, Criminal Justice, Forensic Accounting, Accounting, Mathematics/analytic type degrees, Audit/Risk Management, Criminology, or related fieldOutstanding academic achievement (minimum 3.0 GPA)Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activitiesBring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Excel and PowerPointPossess intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learnCompensation and Benefits
This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $23 per hour. Compensation also includes a $2,000.00 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
KeyBank’s Campus Program Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa).
