Mars Wrigley R&D Factory Innovation Internship Experience

As a Mars Wrigley R&D Factory Innovation Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:

As a Mars Wrigley Research and Development Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:

Proactive, curious, and passionate with a strong drive for results, a hunger to learn and an eagerness to quickly build relationships across the organization enabling them to support our R&D day-to-day operations.Enthusiastic about our iconic brands, research, innovation, and the consumer products industryPursuing degrees in Chemical/Mechanical/Biological Engineering, Food Science, Data Science, Environmental Science, Biological Systems, Packaging or Chemical Engineering or other related engineering disciplinesExcited about leveraging data to make decisions that drive efficiencyEligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (typically rising seniors) or the summer prior to their junior year (rising juniors). Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment. We leverage our internship program to feed our Regional R&D Teams post-graduation and build our talent pipeline for future technical and people leaders. Our successful interns will receive full-time offers to start their career with Mars!Some of the internship positions available might be located at a facility that process nuts or allows dogs and cats on site.
