This best-in-class, highly selective program allows you to choose three 9-month rotations tailored to your interests and career aspirations, enabling you to hone your skills while addressing Regeneron's strategic business needs. Sponsored by a Board of Governance composed of senior leaders, the program ensures you receive top-tier mentorship and guidance.
Tailored Rotations and Mentorship
Your rotations will be customized to align with your career goals and may include areas such as Business Development, Corporate Strategy, US and Global Brand Marketing, Market Access, New Products, and Strategic Alliances. Throughout the program, you will collaborate with some of our most influential business leaders to tackle critical business challenges. Upon successful completion, BuiLD associates transition into pivotal functional roles within the company.

Eligibility
To be considered for this prestigious opportunity, you must be an MBA candidate from a top program with an expected Spring/Summer 2026 graduation. Experience in the healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry and an undergraduate degree in Science or Engineering are preferred.
