Summer 2025 ME Marketing Intern (Minneapolis, MN)

Role Overview:   

Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, a global leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for an authentic, creative, diverse and versatile candidate for our Summer 2025 (ME) Miracle-Ear Marketing Internship. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do. 

Our 10-week paid internship program is designed to align with your interests and skillsets, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow professionally. The Miracle-Ear Marketing Intern will support the ME Marketing team communicate what makes Miracle-Ear unique and differentiated utilizing various channels. This individual will also research, organize and create an action plan with all the parts of a solid marketing plan, including but not limited to audience targeting, messaging, content calendar, creative and results. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Data Analysis: Use data to assess the performance of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations. Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including content for various channels. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends and consumer insights. Collaborative Projects: Work on cross-functional projects with teams across the organization.

Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to: 

Completed two years of college pursuing a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Marketing, Communications or related field.  Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship - Internships are not intended for graduating seniors  Understanding of marketing principles and practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Experience and Skills: 

Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management. A curious and self-motivated nature, able to navigate through ambiguity. A metrics-oriented mindset with analytical capabilities.
