Summer 2025 - Retail Operations Intern

Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the Summer 2025 - Retail Operations Intern will participate in all aspects of Retail’s daily needs including, but not limited to, granting Systems Access, processing Retail Care Tickets, and executing ad hoc reports. This candidate will learn all the ins and outs of the retail business and work alongside the Retail Operations Team and other retail departments to support the smooth operation of all Retail Channels.

As a Summer 2025 Intern: 

\n\n\n\tYou must be able to work to work up to 37.5 hours per week, for the entire summer period.\n\tIntern for the full Summer session - June 2 - August 15, 2025\n\tThe minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $16.50 per hour\n\tYou must be an active student, entering junior or senior year and pursuing a bachelor's degree\n\tAble to work in our hybrid model: 3 days in office & 2 remotely\n\tThis position is not eligible for relocation\n\n\n

 

 

What you can expect:

\n\tGrant BIS access to Store Team\n\tGrant Debitor Access\n\tGrant SOVIA access \n\tProcess Retail Care Tickets\n\tFacilitate gift card/ store credit maintenance – (distribution to stores)\n\tUpload weekly task on StorIQ and report on completion\n\tOccasionally testing of new Retail systems\n\tOversee weekly supply orders\n\tLog weekly invoices\n\tPrint weekly reports for executive team\n\tDraft weekly Newsletter (compile all communication from all Retail departments)\n\tCollaborate on Store Operations initiatives and projects i.e. Model Store, remodels, and renovations.\n\tAid in the bi-annual Inventory stock take \n\tSupport the Retail Team in daily task\n\tAd hoc Reporting\n\tMaintenance of Retail Calendar\n

\n\tTeam player\n\tExcellent administrative skills\n\tStrong organizational skills\n\tVery detail oriented\n\tEffective written and verbal communication skills\n\tAbility to work under pressure\n\tMust be able to multi-task and prioritize, while working independently\n\tHighly proficient with MS Office\n\tBe able to take initiative

The minimum & maximum pay for this position is fixed at $16.50 per hour.
