Summer 2025 - Safety Management & Continued Operational Safety Intern in GAC Savannah

This is a Summer in-person internship from May/June - August/Sept. 2025. Must be able to work on-site, full time 40 hours a week for at least 12 weeks.

Engineering intern students at Gulfstream Aerospace in Innovation, Engineering and Flight are considered to be an integral part of the Engineering staff, and as such, are provided with tasks that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating.
We are looking for all levels of educational experience, from undergrad to masters and PHD candidates who are seeking professional experience in an engineering environment. Students are highly encouraged to indicate on their resumes an interest in Aviation safety and indicate specific coursework and/or projects applicable to this field of study/interest.

Education and Experience Requirements
Must be actively pursuing degree in Aviation, Accident Investigation, Aviation Safety, Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics/Business Analytics or related degree. To be considered as an intern, applicants must plan to graduate from their current academic program any time after August 2025 or have plan to continue their education in the Fall (ie. bachelors to masters). Spring graduates will not be considered and should apply to full-time positions. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA at the time of application is required and must be listed on the submitted resume. Transcripts will be checked and we do not average transfer credits from one institution to another. If you are a freshman, please list your high school GPA. Resumes without GPA will not be considered. Ability to convey technical concepts in both written and verbal formats Strong interpersonal skills Display maturity and a high level of professionalism Proven leadership skills on-campus or in a previous work atmosphere Previous internship experience a plus Must have reliable transportation to and from work for the duration of the internship Must be available to work full time in person for 12 weeks during the months of April/May - August/September 2025 Highly encouraged to indicate on resume an interest in Aviation Safety and indicate specific coursework and/or projects applicable to the this field fo study/interest
