Summer 2025 Training Performance & Reporting Intern (Minneapolis, MN)

Role Overview:   

Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear and Amplifon Hearing Healthcare, a global leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for an authentic, creative, diverse and versatile candidate for our Summer 2025 Training Performance and Reporting Internship. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do. 

Our 10-week paid internship program is designed to align with your interests and skillsets, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow professionally. The Training Performance and Reporting Intern will support the training activities across the Region. This includes the monitoring of training program delivery across business units, analysis of training performance, and preparing of various reporting to different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

Preparation and update of monitor/trackers of training delivery Analysis of training performance (completion, results, business impact) Preparation of reports to be distributed Presentation of reports and outcome of analysis on training performance Suggestion on improvement of the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of process and tools

Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to: 

Sophomore, preferably in STEM or Business/Management degrees Proficient in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office Tools Experience with Cornerstone LMS or willingness to learn      

Preferred Experience and Skills: 

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; curiosity Business acumen and basic understanding of retail business
