Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Intern to join our Quality Digital Applications department located at our Fremont facility. As an Intern, you will work closely with the Quality Digital Applications and Transformation (QDAT) team to support quality oversight of computer systems and digitalization related projects. QDAT focuses on computer system validation and compliance (CSV&C) for the computer systems used at our Fremont Biopharmaceutical facility throughout their lifecycle, from validation to operation to decommissioning.

Summer Intern Start dates are either May 27th or June 9th, with 2 end date options per start date.
Duties & Responsibilities Generate a change control template for computer system validation projects.Maintain the computerized system inventory list and verify the information contained in the list. Help generate computer system validation determination documents as needed. May assist with development testing for ongoing digitalization projects. May contribute to ongoing sustainability initiatives. Requirements Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing Student must be enrolled at a college or university for the duration of the internship Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferredMajor or minor in related field of internshipUndergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or universityGraduate and Advanced Degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or universityDesired Skills, Experience and Abilities Science or Engineering major is preferred Excellent technical writing, verbal communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of computer systems
This position offers a base salary typically between ($20 hourly) and ($33 hourly). There is opportunity to consider higher compensation above this range based on business need, candidate experience and or skills.
