Are you currently a penultimate/final year student looking to have real world experience with the World's Leading Brands in P&G?

Join us in our Summer Internship Program from 2 December 2024 to 31 January 2025.

Overview

Our Business Internship offers an accelerated experience into life as a P&G leader giving you the opportunity to lead a real world challenge with a high level of responsibility! You will dive right in on one of our current business opportunities and work with leaders on a real-life strategy!

You will be involved in meaningful work, from Day 1.

What success looks like:

Lead and develop a business strategy with commercial perspective for real-world implementationAnalyze business opportunities using internal and external dataPartner with multi-functional teams to develop a comprehensive and well-rounded recommendationPartner with design & execution teams to implement campaigns as needed (media, digital, instore, PR).

You will receive continuous coaching & mentorship– We are passionate about our work. We will make sure you receive both formal training and as regular mentorship from your manager and others.You will join one of our dynamic and respectful teams and work closely with colleagues from other functions.The opportunity to receive a full-time permanent offer, following a successful internship.

Job Qualifications

Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ ResidentsCurrently completing penultimate/final year of a Bachelor’s degree or similarHave a minimum credit average across your University resultsMust have an Australian’s Drivers LicenseStrong leadership experience, i.e. leadership positions in clubs, team, societies etc.Well-rounded life experience i.e. involved in & contributes to the communityA collaborative team player with a real passion for winningPossess an analytical mind, who can think strategically and foster innovation in all areas of their workPassion for stakeholder management and communication
