Co-op with the Keurig Cost Engineering Team and help bring incredible new products to life! Cost Engineers partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and other areas of the business to launch innovations that will delight consumers!

As a Cost Engineering Co-op, you’ll learn about the Keurig New Product Development process, dig into the details on manufacturing cost drivers, build cost models, and get exposure to working in a global organization. You’ll support cost vs. performance tradeoff decisions, meet with KDP leaders, and network with individuals across the business while contributing to future successes!

Shift/Schedule:

The KDP 2025 Summer Co-op Program will run from July 9 - December 5, 2025Full-time; 40 hours per weekMonday-Friday8:00am until 5:00pmHybrid (T/W/Th in office)

As a Cost Engineering Co-Op you will:

Learn about Rapid Learning Cycles, New Product Development (NPD), and Product CostingAnalyze cost drivers, identify cost reduction opportunities, and activate resources across the Keurig Brewer portfolioLead a cost modeling improvement project tailored to your experience and interests, then present results to leadershipUtilize best-in-class costing tools including the Keurig Cost Workbook and aPrioriGet exposure to a global supply chain including electromechanical components, plastics, electronics, and multi-region contract manufacturing

Elements of the KDP Intern/Co-Op Program include:

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingBe paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your networkComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders Requirements Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Operations or another related fieldAvailable to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Solidworks is a plusAbility to build professional relationships and challenge the status quoAbility to work cross-functionally, is independently driven, and a self-starter
