Summer Co-op 2025 - Design Research
As a Summer 2025 Design Research Co-op in Burlington, Massachusetts at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will contribute to defining the experiences that will form the future of the Keurig brand. In this role, you will work under the supervision of senior design team members to conduct meaningful research that will inform design decisions and experiences that span across physical appliances, digital interfaces, and IoT systems. This is an opportunity to make an impact on real products and inform future designs. You will be working directly with researchers, engineers and designers in a fast paced and challenging environment with the opportunity to impact current and future KDP products.
Shift/Schedule:
The KDP 2025 Summer Co-op Program will run from July 9 - December 5, 2025Full-time; 40 hours per weekMonday-Friday8:00am until 5:00pmIn-PersonAs a Design Research Co-op you will:
Be the voice of the customer to drive innovation and designDevelop research materials including protocols, discussion guides, stimuli, recruitment criteria, surveys, and other materialsConduct qualitative and/or quantitative research studiesAnalyze data to generate user insights from qualitative and quantitative dataElements of the KDP Intern/Co-Op Program include:
Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingBe paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your networkComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders Requirements Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (UX/UI Research, UX/UI Design, Design Research, Industrial Design, Marketing, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or Related Field)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience analyzing qualitative and/or quantitative data and communicating research findings to broader teamsExperience conducting consumer research on a physical/digital product, experience, or program(s)Experience developing protocols, discussion guides, stimuli, recruitment criteria, surveys, and other research materialsAbility to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starterStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPlease note: This position is limited to persons with permanent right to work in the United States.
