As a Summer Co-op 2025 – Supply Chain in Burlington, MA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be part of the innovation element of our Coffee Supply Chain. You will be working in a cross-functional environment, focused on driving company profits through Design-to-Value. Shift/Schedule:

The KDP 2025 Summer Co-op Program will run from July 9th - December 5th, 2025Full-time; 40 hours per weekMonday-Friday8:00am until 5:00pmHybrid (T/W/Th in office)

As a Supply Chain Transformation Co-op you will:

Support strategic projects by preparing presentations, meetings, reports and documentationAssist leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; Synthesizing takeaways into executive summaries and/or recommendationsLead Design-to-Value project working with a cross functional team

Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingBe paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your networkComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president Requirements Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Business/Finance, or Supply Chain disciplinesAvailable to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starterPossessing project management and organization skills, including the ability to work on multiple projectsBeing comfortable with competing priorities in a dynamic environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionContribute to a positive, inclusive working environment by building relationships with team members; and seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information.Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques.Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suits (Excel, PowerPoint).
