What You'll Do

As a Summer Consultant at BCG, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career—at BCG and beyond. You’ll harness your expertise to drive projects, and learn how to guide strategic decisions under the leadership of BCG consultants. This role is an 10-week internship programme that provides practical insight in the world of management consulting.

MBA, PhD, MD, or JD students from UK schools with graduation dates between December 2025 – August 2026 (Class of 2026) Strategic thinking and strong analytical skillsA hypothesis-driven problem solving approachGood numerical skillsTeam spirit, open and positive in a group dynamicExcellent communication skillsBusiness proficiency in both Korean and EnglishEligible to work for the summer 2025 in BCG Seoul Office
