Position Overview:

As a Digital Transformation Intern supporting the PMO, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Support the coordination of project activities and resources across various teams.
Monitor project progress and report on project status, risks, and issues.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of project presentations and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
Help identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed.
Participate in project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies.
Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital transformations.


Education Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
