Summer Grounds Crew If you enjoy working outside and making things beautiful then Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community has a fantastic seasonal opportunity for you! This seasonal grounds crew position is ideal for someone who is looking to be active and spend a lot of time outdoors this Summer.  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, 3-5 months throughout the Summertime (some flexibility around start/end dates are available for students) Pay: $12.50/hr - $15.00/hr (dependent upon experience) Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): + Mowing, trimming, blowing, and/or cutting grass and shrubbery. + Landscaping functions such as mulching, weeding, planting, cleaning out flower beds, etc. + Caring for and maintaining of the fountains around campus. + Performing minor tree trimming work. + Cleaning and sweeping outside entrances, patios, gazebos, etc.  Requirements: + Must be at least 16 years of age, and able to work the hours stated above + Prior grounds and/or landscaping experience, a big plus + Must have strong customer service and follow up skills + Enjoy being outside + Able to work independently or as part of a team.  + Most importantly, this position requires dependability, initiative and the desire to be a part of a team who's main focus is to bring our Mission to life for our team and residents:  + To provide for the spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs of our residents through high quality facilities, services and personal care in a manner faithful to the Bible and honoring our Lord, Jesus Christ.
