Job Summary

The summer helper will primarily assist with office-based tasks, such as recycling and organizing old pressure recorders, preparing return merchandise authorizations (RMA) to vendors, and cleaning and preparing recorders for deployment.  Additionally, the role will also assist with administrative support including filing, organizing, and cleaning up data, such as updating master lists and ensuring documentation accuracy. 

Duties and Responsibilities Recycling Chart Recorders - When units are removed from the field they will be returned and evaluated.  If they need to be recycled the usable parts are removed and recycled. Return Merchandise Preparation - Gather all necessary documentation and approvals.  Work with other departments to have devices shipped to desired locations. Preparing Recorders for Deployment - Make sure the devices are talking to the cell networks, and all hardware is included for the techs in the field. Administrative Support - Assist in filing, organizing, and cleaning up data, such as updating master lists and ensuring documentation accuracy. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic computer knowledge Strong Microsoft Office application skills Organizational skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Education and Experience Pursuing Engineering or Technical Degree
