Willing to learn and gain basic construction and tools knowledgeWilling to get hands dirty getting hands on experience in the field on projects, maintenance, and troubleshootingBasic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications

 Skills/abilities:

Ability to work independently and within a teamStrong verbal and communication skillsPossess strong problem solving, analytical and creative thinking skills

   Physical demands:

Able to lift 25 lbs. Able to traverse uneven terrain Stand, walk, climb, bend, often for long periods of time

  Working conditions:

 Working outdoors in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wind, rain, etc.)May include heights (stairs, platforms, ladders, etc.)Company will provide proper safety gear and personal protective equipment

Pay range is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.  Job pay commensurate with experience and skill set.
