**Description** **About the Internship:** The E-ZPass Customer Service team is looking for a Data Analytics intern to join their team! The E-ZPass Customer Service team works closely with customers and non-revenue account holders who use Port Authority bridges and tunnels. Our team’s mission is to ensure that customers have a positive experience when contacting us. The team works to successfully resolve any outstanding issues that may occur with E-ZPass accounts and Toll Bills. **Responsibilities:** + Complete ad-hoc data analysis tasks ranging from: gathering, cleaning, and validating data outputs using Excel and Oracle SQL. + Create Power BI visuals after gathering stakeholders’ requirements. + Maintain and improve existing Microsoft Power Automate workflows. + Automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or python. + Maintain and improve existing team’s financial model + Create various new data collection processes **Minimum Qualifications:** + Enrollment at a college/university through Summer 2025 and into the Fall 2025 semester + Major in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field. **Desired Qualifications:** + Beginner to intermediate SQL skills + Proficient in technology and basic Microsoft Office platforms + Excellent Microsoft Excel skills + Some knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps + Working knowledge of databases + Excellent analytical and research skills + Familiarity with metrics and KPIs is a plus **Internship Details** + The start date will be Thursday, May 29, 2025 + The internship will last approximately 12 weeks, ending on Friday, August 22, 2025 + This is a full-time internship (5 days per week at 7.25 hours per day) + The format is expected to be hybrid **Selection Process** + Only applicants under consideration will be contacted + If selected to move forward, the hiring team will reach out directly to schedule 1-2 interviews + Different internships will have different timelines for interviews **Compensation & Benefits** + The hourly rate range is $17.63 to $29.57 (the exact rate will be determined by internship type and rising school year) + Ability to opt in to the New York State and Local Retirement System + Access to Employee Business Resource Groups (https://www.jointheportauthority.com/pages/diversity-inclusion-programs) + Facility Tours + Career Panels + Social/Networking Events REQNUMBER: 62618
