This is an open posting for Mechanical Engineering Summer Internship Student positions at our White Springs, FL Phosphate facility.

 

This role is open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. This position is not available for remote work.

 

Dates/Terms:

Summer Internship May 27, 2025 - August 22, 2025 (End dates may be adjusted to coincide with school terms)

 

What you will do: 

Assist the site with various duties, including: Project Work Advancing process related projects Troubleshoot process problems Inspecting chemical processing equipment

 

What you will bring: 

Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related program with a graduation date of May 2026 or later.  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Strong analytical skills  Must be able to work at heights, outdoors, and around potentially hazardous chemicals. Must be comfortable and physically capable of entering and working in a confined space. Must be able to hear and understand audible alarms, changes in noise levels of rotating equipment and portable radio communications. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
