What You Will Do

Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with Real Estate Department and also our internal personnel and external property owners.Provide administrative support including processing invoices, preparing monthly revenue statements, requesting checks, setting up vendors, processing “Lease Change Forms”, preparing mailings, etc.Assist with due diligence for development opportunities and lease renewals, including upon request, walking the market to photograph sign inventoryCommunicate directly with property owners, as needed, for creative/copy approvalsAssist with property owner requests to the satisfaction of the concerned partiesProvide assistance to Real Estate Department for all special assignments

What We Look For

Currently working towards a degree in a field related to Media, Real Estate or Business.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Strong written and oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.Must be a team player as well as a self-starter.Must be extremely detail oriented & a quick learner.High degree of deadline-driven productivity, commitment, adaptability, initiative and follow-through.


The salary for this role is $18/per hour.  Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.  Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Salary Transparency Law.
