ITA is seeking multiple summer interns to join our team at our Headquarters in Newport News, Virginia.
ResponsibilitiesITA is hiring multiple summer interns to provide assistance and complete projects in the following Divisions: Customer Solutions, Accounting & Finance, Data Solutions, Quality, Enterprise Services, and Technology Operations.
Interns will be responsible for the following duties related to the Division to which they are assigned:
Conducting research, gathering relevant information on various topics, trends, and industriesWriting reports and/or proposals based on your findings to include summaries, data analysis, key insights, recommendations, or strategiesAnalyzing data sets to help identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making. You may use data analysis tools to analyze sales data, customer feedback, financial metrics, or any other data relevant to the team’s objectivesAssisting with quality assurance programs and dashboardsBuilding business analytics dashboards to support company growthTraining on platforms or systems to assist with implementing new procedures or processesWorking on various projects as part of a team, with the potential for briefing senior leadershipMaking recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiencyAdministrative support such as answering the phone, scanning, filing, copying, etc. Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a field related to area of assigned internship, such as: Computer Science, Data Analyics, Information Technology, Business, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a teamDemonstrated interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and to work independently when appropriateProficient with Microsoft Office Suite Benefit and Compensation TransparencyITA International proudly complies with all federal and state benefit and pay transparency laws.
