Job Description SummaryAs an Intern - Build & Integration, you will participate in developing build and release procedures for the Carescape Patient Monitor products as a member of a scrum team. There are several tasks which you can choose from depending on your skillset. You will learn intimate details of the build pipeline of our medical products in guidance of our experienced Build & Integration team.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities

You will participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of multiple systems supporting our software development teams:

Understand and document the architecture and design of continuous integration systems, tools and development infrastructure

Implement new features and services

Help maintain the current services

Debug and resolve issues

Qualifications

Studies towards a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Passion for DevOps and automation of software development

Broad understanding of computer technologies with the ability to debug: ​

- virtualization/containers

- networking

- databases

- webservices

Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI systems (Gitlab CI, Buildbot, Jenkins, etc.)

Proficient in Linux, scripting, Python

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Desired qualifications

Linux system admin experience

Experience in embedded SW development as a developer or DevOps for embedded software development

Hands on HW/SW integration skills are considered an asset
