Are you interested in a corporate experience in one of the most impactful tech companies in the world?  The Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO) for HPE is offering a summer internship opportunity for the summer of 2025. The OCOO is responsible for driving operational and execution excellence throughout our organization. 

  

The internship program provides you real tangible work experience, set in a cohort environment. Interns will receive personalized training & development opportunities to gain core skills for launching and accelerating a professional career.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities for the summer 2025 internship include

Support project work centered around the COO's initiatives and strategiesPlan and host cultural and fun office activities at HPE campusesSupport day-to-day execution of our Early Career Program which cultivates talent in the COO organization; including event planning for onboarding activities

We are looking for passionate energetic individuals who are working to complete a Bachelor's level (or higher) degree.  People who can bring a fresh perspective and implement new ideas within our organization.

Education and Experience Required:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (or higher)  Excellent capabilities in leadership, influencing, communication, and collaborationStrong project management, business acumen and critical analytical skillsStrong PowerPoint skills are a plusGeographic/cultural knowledge and/or experienceSelf-starter with ability to achieve results in a virtual and complex work environmentAbility to develop and promote positive change through innovation and creativityProactive contributor who wants to make an impact

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Hourly: $21.00 - $25.50
