About the Role

As a member of North American Quality team, your primary role will be to perform hand-on analyses of electronic products to ensure the quality of electronic hardware, electronic component and electronic manufacturing process. By working as many projects as time allows, you will strengthen your knowledge and experience in electronics.


What You Will Do

To learn and master basic skills in analytical equipment and methods in a failure analysis lab environment, including optical microscope, X-ray radiography, cross-section, etc.

To understand their principal, design and material structure etc. of electronic components by performing construction analyses.

To understand and evaluate electronic manufacturing processes by performing examinations and analyses of printed circuit board assemblies etc.

To participate in in-depth evaluations of electronic products after validation tests.

What You Need

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited institution in the Sophmore year or later, working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering field, e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science/Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc.

Must have taken college-level courses in Physics, Chemistry and Engineering

Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to write reports.

What is Nice to Have

Working knowledge or coursework in a Chemistry/Materials/Electronics Laboratory

Interest in the audio or automotive industry

What Makes You Eligible

Be willing to work in an office in Novi, Michigan.

Able to provide your own housing and transportation to/from work.

Must possess unrestricted work authorization.

Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

Must provide full work availability from May 19, 2025 through August 8, 2025 and be able to work 40 hours per week

Freshman: $21.00
Sophomore: $23.00
Junior: $25.00
Senior: $27.00  
Master: $32.00 
Doct: $38.00

Dependent on the internship offered, pay is based on factors, including without limitation, the applicant's level of education and business need.
