**Job Description** + Assist the Head of Risk on the day-to-day risk management activities in accordance with the requirements under the Cigna Hong Kong Enterprise Risk Management Framework, working with first line functions including Finance, Operations, Sales, Distribution, Analytics, Project Management, Human Resources to identify and action risk issues and enhancements. + Assist the Head of Risk on the rollout of risk initiatives and projects as part of the continuous risk culture enhancement of Cigna Hong Kong. + Assist the Head of Risk in hosting regular risk training sessions for first line functions. + Assist the Head of Risk to maintain and update, as appropriate, the various Risk documents, policies, and framework. **Experience / Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements** + Actuarial or Risk background (ideal, but not required). + Understanding of insurance business and products (ideal, but not required). + Excellent written and oral communication skills.
