General Description:

The Business Operations Automation Intern will support initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency across the organization by leveraging automation technologies. This intern will partner with stakeholders across departments to identify operational bottlenecks, design automation workflows, and develop tools that streamline repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy.

This role is ideal for a highly curious and analytical individual who enjoys problem-solving and building scalable solutions in a collaborative environment.

Essential Functions of the Internship:

Identify opportunities for process automation across business operationsSupport the development and deployment of automation scripts, dashboards, and workflow toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational pain points and propose digital solutionsDocument technical requirements and workflow enhancementsDevelop and maintain reports that monitor the impact of implemented solutionsAssist with testing, debugging, and optimization of automated processesProvide support for internal tools built to drive operational efficiency(Preferred) Familiarity with tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or Alteryx(Preferred) Experience working with internal ticketing or workflow management systems

Computer Skills:
