General Description: The Commercial Insights Intern role will predominantly be focused on primary market research insights to influence commercialization strategies that support market planning efforts across BeOne’s oncology portfolio. This individual will aid in designing, executing, and managing market research projects. This person will collaborate with cross-functional partners within the Commercial organization to identify critical business objectives and will develop and implement market research to address key strategic issues. This person will translate market research into actionable insights, engage diverse audiences, and possess strong analytical skills. It is imperative that Global Operations and Business Analytics (GOBA) team members work together closely and openly to advance market understanding and optimize approaches.
Essential Functions of the Internship:
Participate in development and implementation of primary market research plans for BeOne’s marketed and/or pipeline moleculesIdentify and frame key business issues needing further research and align relevant team members on the objectives, research approaches, and recommendationsIdentify appropriate external partners while considering resources, timing, and overall project goalsBe accountable for conducting research activities in a compliant mannerActively integrate primary research findings with other analytical insights (custom secondary research, forecasting) developed by team members within the Global Operations and Business Analytics (GOBA) groupCreate and implement comprehensive communication plans to optimize the organizational impact of market insights on product strategies and plansEnsure key multi-stakeholder insights and recommendations are quickly and appropriately shared with cross-functional partnersApply basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impactAct with speed, agility, and accountability, while adapting to evolving business needsComputer Skills: PC, including MS Office Suite
Qualifications:
