Summer Internship: R&D Quality Digital Innovation Intern

Education Required:

Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Data Sciences, or a related field.  

General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship):

The R&D Quality Operations and Excellence Team is looking for a Digital Innovation intern to:

Develop and implement systems for efficient data use and management, emphasizing user-friendly design.Generate actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.Provide technical support for product proof of concepts.Provide administration support to assist in team efficiency.Learn and apply Quality by Design and Risk-Based Quality Management principles.

Essential Functions of the Internship:

Proficient in creating dashboards to visualize data effectively.Develop and recommend metric threshold criteria to ensure optional performance and quality standards.Enhance metrics regarding Quality Event Records, CAPAs, and Effectiveness Checks.Strong communication skill to articulate the rationale behind metric creation and design.

Computer Skills:   

MSOfficeAny combination of Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Tableau, Spotfire, Power Shell

Other Qualifications:   

Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic environment

Travel:  N/A


Pay Rate: $27.50/Hour (Bachelor's)

  $38.50/Hour (Master's)

Salary Range: $ - $ per hour

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
