General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship): On the Commercial Learning and Development (CLD) team, the Data Analytics, Visualization, and Operations Intern will support key analytics and operational projects by analyzing datasets, creating impactful visualizations, and optimizing processes. This role involves hands-on work with data analysis tools, dashboard creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Essential Functions of the Internship:

Collaborate with team members to define KPIs and performance metrics.Assist in cleaning, organizing, and preparing data for analysis.Analyze L&D datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.Support data-driven decision-making by presenting findings to stakeholders through clear and concise visual storytelling.Assist in ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from various departments.Document workflows and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency.Automate repetitive processes using tools such as Python, R, or SQL.

Proficiency in:

Data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, or equivalent)Advanced Excel (including pivot tables and VBA)Project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Cognota. MS Project. etc.)

Other Qualifications:

Demonstrated passion for analytics and solving business problems through data.Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to projects.Understanding of database management and data governance principles is a plus.

Travel:  None required; possible voluntary attendance at team offsite meeting
